Processing and production times
- Production: All products are made-to-order. Once you place an order, our third-party print provider begins the production process. Please allow [insert number, e.g., 2–7] business days for your order to be produced and packaged before it is shipped.
- Order fulfillment: As we work with a network of print providers, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. You will receive separate tracking information for each package.
Estimated shipping times
Shipping estimates begin after the production time. All shipping times are an estimate and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as shipping carrier delays or seasonal backlogs. Some items may be coming from out of the United States, Please bear in mind these can take longer to ship than the below average shipping times.
- Domestic shipping (United States):
- Economy: 4–8 business days.
- Standard: 2–5 business days.
- Express: 2–3 business days (including production time).
- International shipping:
- Standard: 10–30 business days.
Shipping costs
In most cases express shipping is not available. If a product has express shipping, an option will be present at check out. Shipping is calculated based on the product type, destination, and selected shipping method. You will see the total shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
- Additional items: Shipping costs are typically lower for each additional item in the same order.
- Free shipping: We may offer free shipping as part of a promotion or for orders over a certain amount. If a “Free Shipping” offer is used, the lowest cost shipping method will be applied.
Tracking your order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled and shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged due to a manufacturing error, please contact us at [Your Contact Email] with your order number and a photo of the issue. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for domestic orders and 45 days for international orders.
Returns and exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered! If there’s a problem with your item (damaged, defective, poor print quality, etc.) please contact us within 30 days and we’ll fix it. No need to send it back. Please provide clear images of the damage / defect in the email and we’ll provide a replacement.
Because our products are on demand / made-to-order, we cannot offer a full refund for reasons like buyer’s remorse, the wrong color or the wrong size ordered. While we cannot offer a full refund, we are happy to provide a one-time discount on a replacement. Please contact us with your request.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
